Shadow Circus Creature Theatre is San Francisco's most belligerent and destructive musical puppetry troupe. Mixing Lovecraftian horror, pagan folklore, pop-culture parody and South Park-style debauchery, Shadow Circus Creature Theatre has incurred both praise and loathing in the Bay Area art scene.Band/artist history
Creator Dave Haaz-Baroque studied puppetry under the Los Angeles Guild of Puppetry and the Jim Henson Foundation. He studied the accordion by getting drunk in the Tenderloin. You can tell.
Other members include Lance Eason of the rock group Radiostar, Medea Lopez, and DJ Jester Pezz.

The music changes with every show, but it's primarily played on an antiquated accordion. Influences include Tom waits, Tiger Lillies, the Muppet show...What equipment do you use?
