Have my new song "ROCK IS MY ROOTS" Id love if you had some time to take a listen to my new song. I also resang with my new producer JINTING in the studio and she made me sound awsome no bad notes on "IF I BELIEVE" " DEAR JIMMY" " THE TREES" so if you have time listen to the new updated versions of the song.
I am just copying and pasting this message to people already on my message board. Just a quick update :) of my album. Currently I am recutting everything and writting new material and getting new players to add lap steele, and much more. Listening to NOT MIND> Really hard to hear , recording is quiet for the guitar and vocals are very high in the mix. But other than that its a good song :) better recording would do it wonders :)

sea of friends - some interesting twists of phrase, but its improbable that I have a clue what this song is about.
water water - the remnants of Ivan have it raining heavily so this seemed like a good one to listen to. "fat guy in the pool with his shirt on" - classic sadly depressing image that makes you smile

The Weather is beautiful... your lyrics are moving and resonate with the way things are. I just read your Interview and noticed Devendra Banheart gave you courage... awesome. His talents are mind-bendingly awesome and I think you sit alongside him quite comfortably - I can't wait to listen to more stuff. My first (demo) album is called "The Weather". More power to you.
