Alternative Hip Hop

2nd Agenda adds a new spirit to Rebel Folk Hip-Hop. We perform with the wakefulness of Burlington Vt. and the passion for making conscientious music. We are a five-piece band consisting of Andy Lugo (lead guitar and vocals), Jeremy Sicely (Roland V-drums and vocals), Jeff Thompson (bass guitar), Transplante (turntables) and SK (emcee/spoken word).
Band/artist history
We have been doing what a lot of bands in Burlington have been doing, playing at the Radio Bean and practicing our asses off. We know it’s not just about us. It is important to bring people to the shows so that the establishment can make money. We also help to promote the hell out of every gig. We promise to put on an insane show. At this point in the game money is not important to us we simply want to get our music out! We strive not to play covers and believe all our songs are better than what’s playing on the radio today.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
We are curently stuck in Burlington due to the lack of funds to play elsewhere. We play at clubs all over the area,we love it here!
Your musical influences
Our influences range from everything you have heard and everything you have not.
Anything else?
I just want to thank everyone who supports local music. We couldn't do it without you.
