Actually a lot of the music is up beat and optimistic so figure that one out, I wish I could.Perhaps because music takes me to another place that I can not otherwise occupy, or maybe at the best of times opens a doorway for me.

Acoustic folk/folk-rock original singer-songwriters. We are the remnants of a rock, turned folk turned folk-rock band (named 'Open Road') that played together in the 70's and 80's. I am a singer/songwriter who writes about about a broad ranges of topics. I am self taught guitarist as well . I have been writing songs since i was 18 . At the start I just wrote punk songs but developed my own style on guitar playing which is quite innovative and eclectic all mixed in.
