I started in '93 with scraching on a old turntable, thats when I decided 2 be a turntablelist, I already was flowing in dutch, but in that time dutch-rap wasn't so populair, the most peeps was rapping in englisch. In '95 some 1 of my famely gave me 2 technics turntables, the only problem was that i was 2 young 2 buy records (shit was 2 expansive 4 me), so in '98 I swapped my gear 4:a computer with cubase, a korgkeybord etc. etc....thats when i started 2 make beats! till now...im producing with a good friend of my: mo (if you wanna here his productions go 2: winne). together whe are ready 2 take it over...most of the time we produce and some times i love 2 spit, but 1 thing is 4 sure: We are doing this just 4 the LOVE 4 MUSIC!!!Have you performed in front of an audience?I love 2 stay in the background, like i said; im a producer together with a other friend of mine(mo), we love 2 help other people first with rising in this game. for me it's not so important, if I play live some where or that people listen 2 my music...I'm happy enough that we can MAKE music and that people like it!
Your musical influences
I love every kind off music: from nas 2 mozart, from fado 2 zouk, from techno 2 R&B.... but my favorite music are the old songs: Ottis Redding, James Brown, Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Bob Marley, Jimi Hendrix, Quincy Jones....Shit! even the Beatles I like!What equipment do you use?
