Acoustic General

Most of the time the band, particularly when home demos are concerned, consists solely of me. However, when studio recording and the likes are the order of the day Im indebted to the following, in alphabetical order for egos are at stake, for their time and talent: Ian Anderson (flute), Norm Jones (congas, percussion, drums), Eric Stephen Lambier (piano, celeste), Lisa Lambier (2nd vocal), Jon Lepage (cello), Alex Paris (upright bass). Many thanks are also owed to Mike Swain, for his engineering skills and to Sarah McDougall for her photographic representations.
Band/artist history
Ive performed in various bands, as have most. In May 2001 I purchased a Guild M20 guitar which allowed me to humbly acquiesce the finger-picking realm; thus, causing me to promote myself as a solo artist. Once Id opted to forgo a band, in the strictest sense of the word, I could, in turn, focus exclusively on my original material. Now that the cd is complete I can turn the next page.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play live when the opportunity allows. As of late I've been finishing my cd and that has engulfed the majority of my time.
Your musical influences
My musical influences, in the main, would include: Nick Drake, Donovan, Larry Norman, The Allman Brothers Band, The Rolling Stones, the list could go on near ad infinitum.
What equipment do you use?
Equipment: Guild M20 acousitc guitars, Gibson Les Pauls, Marshall jmp amps, congas, drums, upright bass, piano, celeste and flute
