I'm just a guy who loves stories (hearing and telling them in short stories, , and songs). I have been writing and recording songs since the days of the old Fostex 4-track and ye old high school cover band and finally put together a project studio to "rough out some demos" in my 10 minutes a week of spare time.

Your musical influences
Too many to list, for sure, but the prime influences are the great songwriters who gave us the music of the 70s -- from classic rock, to soul (brown and blue-eyed versions), to R&B, to radio pop. My first love is drumming, so the great rhythm sections of the 60s and 70s are the cat's pajamas to me.What equipment do you use?
Fender strat & tele, Ibanez acoust-electric, Yamaha dreadnought, Fender mandolin, Roland V-drums, Rogers Fullerton (1974) acoustic drum kit, Kawai digital piano, Yamaha keys, various basses, lap steel, midi controllers, oodles of software plug-ins. Fun stuff.
