love the Motown sound for its strong deliberate rhythmical structure. Yet, I do enjoy Chuck Mangione, Chick Corea and Stanley Clarke, Billy Joel, Elton John, and Carole King. I praise Chaka Kahn and Roberta Flack for their talents as well as the greats like George Gershwin, Cole Porter, and a Hoagy Carmicheal. I respect all music and aim to try to appreciate where the artists are coming from.
