Solo pop/rock project with a very unexpected twist. Experimental and melodic.Band/artist history
Im currently living in Cape Town, South Africa. I've been playing guitar for 13 years and have always had an interest in writing my own music. Finding inspiration and influences in many different genres. I grew up listening to 80's pop, got into grunge, metal, idustrial, goth and trance in my teens. Im even more open minded now and listen to anything as long as it's good and original. I just love music, plain and simple. Ive never realy been able to join any bands for work schedule and geographical reasons.
So it has always been a case of making do with what I have. From recording backing tracks on a tape recorder and playing along with them while recording onto another tape recorder when I first started; to getting a four track recorder when I was 18; and now at the present, with some free software I got with a computer music magazine.
My aim here is to get my music heard, get some comments on it and hopefully generate some support. If you can relate to some of the lyrics or feel moved in some way by the song moods...then I have achieved something. Thank you for your time.Contact
