Sanctum (UK)
The Great Defiled The Great Defiled
This one is heavy. It's got a 'Matrix' style to it, lots of keyboard work with background guitars and a brutal drum-track.
Overture Overture
A little classical guitar to open the album. Simple but effective.
Treason Treason
Powerful metal thrasher, ideally I would have the guitars much more at the front of the song, but I did the best with what I've got.
L'Être Et Le Néant (part 1) L'Être Et Le Néant (part 1)
Sanctum's longest song so far. A lot of things happening in this one.
L'Être Et Le Néant (part 2) L'Être Et Le Néant (part 2)
A follow-on from L'Être Et Le Néant (part 1). This song is in 2 parts because I only have the basic account and can only upload 10mb/song.
Sword Of Damocles Sword Of Damocles
Heavily influenced by Dream Theater's 'Home' and 'YTSE Jam'. Enjoy.
When Kingdoms Fall When Kingdoms Fall
Melodic song with a lot of guitar work throughout. Thanks to Dimitris Papastamos for his help on this one.
Mysterium Tremendum Mysterium Tremendum
A long progressive song, mainly resting on acoustic foundations, setting a mellow, yet entertaining mood.
Time And Time (Intermission) Time And Time (Intermission)
A short song, a lot of lead guitar work. Very heavily influenced by Judas Priest. The drums are little too flat though... :(
Babylon Babylon
Progressive tune with a lot a guitar work in the first half, and very smyphonically influenced in the second half.
Regression Regression
This one isn't featured on Mysterium Tremendum because 1) It is a different mood to what I want on the album and 2) It's more progressive and less 'dark and gothic'.
