Sounds like the 2nd acoustic might be barely out of tune. Great material bud. I mix at home and it's super tough. Your vocal rocks and the depth is definately there in the writing.

"My Last Mistake" got my hot button vote. I like your music, Marshall Tucker is an all time favorite. There is some 'Tucker' in your songs. Give me listen when you get a chance and let me know what you think.
