This probably goes in the 'Acid Jazz' category, maybe 'Trance'. My guitar sound is very different on this one - for you 'tech-heads' - I used a ring modulator to get that almost sythesizer-like sound.

Your musical influences
I've been and continue to be influenced by everything I've heard. I grew up in a household filled with a variety of music. Right now, I'm listening to Charlie Hunter, Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Adam Rogers, Pat Martino, John Scofield, to name a few...What equipment do you use?
I'm mostly a Fender Strat guy right now. My main amp is a Marshall 45 Watt head that *used* to be a combo. The guts were taken out of the combo and turned right-side-up and placed in a head. I use that going into a 2x12 extension cabinet. I use very little effects.Contact

back in May you had a listen to my stuff(http://www.soundclick.com/bands/8/axefire.htm) and left me a msg on the discussion board - dumb me didn't know to look there ( there are so many plases on this website to look and read it's hard to find them all even of there right in front of my face like this one) - anyway, you left a comment "devil takes the hindmost" - yes, I am an EXTREME Holdsworth fan.
