Hey man, sorry I don't check my messages nearly enough on here, but you were asking about my songwriting a couple months ago... I've got a separate "real" band but all of the songs on my soundclick are just done by me. They all pretty start out small with one or two riffs, and I sit down and record whatever I have and program some drum parts for it. Usually once I do that and can hear it with all the instruments I'll start getting some more ideas or I'll remember some old riff I have leftover that would fit in well. Depending on the song, it can take a few days or a couple months to finish writing, some of them come easily and some take awhile to come up with parts that sound good to me.
