I really like the dusty loop style of hip hop, and also i create beats by fine chopping samples and re-moulding them back together. Influences, DJ premier, Eric Sermon, Jay Dee, Dangermouse, Braintax, Skitz, Stophe one, The Headcase ladz. This list could be endless.
What equipment do you use?
G4 Powerbook, running,Reason, Recycle, Digital Performer, Peak, Deck, and Waves plug-ins. I also use Rane Serato scratch for DJing
Anything else?
Get behind local talent, there is loads of great musicians about who do not have the opportunity to fulfill the potential they have. Just because your name is in magazine does it mean your any good.
