What is a stem / trackout file?
A Stem file is an audio file that contains a track split into several musical elements: A drums stem, a bassline stem, a harmony stem, and a lead stem for example.
The Stem file also usually includes the original stereo master of the track for standard playback.

Why would I need a stem / trackout file?
A trackout file gives you much better control. Imagine you rap over a beat and you realize the percussions take the focus away from your vocals. With a trackout file
you can simply tone down the percussion and the focus is now on the vocals. With a trackout file you have much more flexibility and a whole different level of control.

I am Rory Ruff and I am a recording artist currently completely available. I am working on getting my name and music out there and I want to thank the management of this site for the wonderful job they do on here. Any musicians that are available and whom want to get their career off the ground please get ahold of me. I want to thank everyone who has supported me in this journey over the last few years, you all are my reason for pushing on. I also thank all whom havent supported me, or whom have said I wasnt good enough. You also are my inspiration, cause you push me to get better and better all the time.
Band/artist history
I started at age 10 playing bass in a band called Coolslide. Played with them until I started playing lead in another band called Neon Knights. After coming home from the military I took a few years off but started writing and playing seriously again about 5 years ago. Some of you may also remember from a few years back the USA Networks series "Cover Me". I also was cast in a role on it as a prison executioner. So no matter what, I have tried to stay versatile.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I have played live a lot in clubs around Colorado and Nebraska. Right now I am looking for musicians whom are willing to commit and that are willing to get on the road and play in different states.
Your musical influences
Music is music. I cannot say I have a favorite genre of music. When it comes to writing however, you will find that a lot of my songs are very much based on real life. I have had so many emails about how my songs have touched people very deeply and personally. I know sometimes the truth is hard to face, but as long as its out there, I will write about it.

You name it. Parker and Ibanez guitars, Marshall and Crate Amps, Sure Mics, Pearl Drums, Yamaha Keyboards, Wrangler Jeans, Stetson Hats, Ariat Boots, Broncin horses, Eosin Panther martial arts equipment, and Propel Fitness water!!!!!!!
