Solo Artist I am an individual artist, songwriter. For the sake of something to call my project, I've Used 'Fun With Friction' I've pretty much dropped out of the music scene due to a severe hearing loss 10 years ago, but thought I might share some of my tunes before I take that eternal dirt nap. All the material I've posted, for better or worse was written, performed and produced solo in my home here in Northern Virginia.
Country/rock/folk with a pinch of blue's and a touch of traditional....occasionally songs have an extra pinch of paprica for flavor :-P Loraine writes, plays and sing originals and covers...she has been played in several different countries on FM stations and have hit the charts...Music produced by Loraine at a home studio or Echota Records in Georgia USA....
Acoustic, Rock, Original, Single Artist I'm a single player just doing this for fun. Some of the songs I've included are recent and some from days gone by. Some are about new loves, some from old and some just about life in general. My newest love (and source of great inspiration) is my three year old daughter, Katrina and her mother Natasha. My day I'm a therapist and horse trainer, by night, alto mankiller. I have been singing for a good chunk of my life and love it. I sang previously for an a capella baroque group for some time, which really educated me on tight harmonies, timing, and immaculate rhythm.
