Inspired by 60s/70s rock and punk aggression, Velatones knocked out some tuneful songs combining big riffs, hooky choruses and ever bigger guitar solos.

Especially considering their mélange of unusual work originated in a Midwestern town in the Bible Belt when young hippies weren’t very welcome. Mage...

rock, 70's and 80's style mostly, along with jazz, surf, and synth-based 'new age' or 'smooth jazz' music. But it's mostly rock. It's just me, playing my axe and doing vocals and using the computer for MIDI and recording. Honestly. And I sometimes do fun things with my computer to improve it. But I don't 'cheat' like using 'Auto Tune' or anything like that. My older stuff was done 'the hard way' - adding one track at a time until it was 'good enough' and hope that the end mix came o...
