Robert Nathan Taylor

I have spent the past 11 years playing in metal, punk, Texas country and jam bands, but have always made time to create my own songs. I finally feel ready to pursue my own music as my full time career. Under my music you can find 21 songs of my solo work, 10 songs from my punk band FingerBangMisfire, and 11 songs from HINGED my metal/hard rock group.

I grew up with old outlaw country and the Beach Boys in my parents home. I was in college when the Seattle scene exploded and that led me to playing in my first band. I was a singer at first and quickly grew tired of egotistical guitarist. As soon as six months after I got my first guitar I was booking solo gigs. After a few years I started being approached to play guitar instead of singing in bands and before I knew it I was playing in as many as four bands at a time and writing songs in many different styles. I'm now focused on persueing playing my own music full time.

I have spent my career so far playing all over Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado, with various bands and by myself.

Willie Nelson, Tom Petty, Jack Johnson, Blind Melon, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, the Buzzcocks, I could put about a hundred different bands and artist in here.

I have a whole assortment of instuments and amps, I like to collect.
