Band/artist history
Robbins and Wheeler are seasoned veterans of studio and stage. They met in 1997 while playing on a studio demo session and started a collaboration shortly after. Published songwriters and ASCAP members Robbins and Wheeler have a mission to create music that is true to the rich heritage of country music, yet has an original sound and contemporary feel. Our creative process is based on mutual respect for each others talent and what we both contribute to a project states Robbins. As Wheeler confirms, we draw from our experiences and write songs, produce and arrange our material in a way that is varied and pleasing without replicating others. The first CD release, Everyone Needs A Song yielded four hit singles on independent country radio stations throughout the United States. The first single Carry Me Away hit the number three spot on the charts and remained there for five weeks. The next three releases, Alone With You, Ghost Of James Dean and Nothing But Love On Our Mind all charted to the number one position. Robbins & Wheeler have been privileged to work with some of Nashvilles most respected people, producer, publisher, songwriter Scott Turner, producer and Big Band Hall of Fame member, Cliff Ayers and the legendary promoter Mike Kelly. The latest CD from Robbins and Wheeler on Merle Head Records is Bring It Back. The first single from the album, Wheres The Country Music is currently being played on national country radio stations as well as many internet radio venues throughout the world. The Robbins and Wheeler live stage show continues to deliver outstanding performances to delighted audiences. Robbins and Wheeler invite you visit the official website at: www.robbinsandwheeler.com

Mr. Turner is currently an independent producer and publisher in Nashville and has produced countless country artists and has numerous awards and gold records to his credit. In addition to his illustrious career, he is an accomplished songwriter and has had several hit songs recorded by major artists throughout the years. Mr. Turner had a long and successful collaboration with the most decorated World War II soldier and later Hollywood actor, Audie Murphy. During their time together they co-wrote seventeen hit country songs.
