RISEN GOSPEL BAND

RGB for short, is the father / daughter duo of Brad and Heather Neal who perform an eclectic blend of everything from Southern Gospel to Country to Southern Rock and back again. They have something in their repertoire for everyone to enjoy!

Their dedication to the LORD JESUS CHRIST and to seeing lost souls saved is obvious when you walk and talk with them, though they approach it in their own way.

âœWe believe that we are but an instrument used by the Holy Spirit to basically set the mood and allow him to work on peoples hearts. Whether it is to bring someone to JESUS for the first time, lead them to rededicate their lives, or to provide Christianâs with an uplifting form of entertainment, that allows the Holy Spirit to calm and sooth their spirit, lift their mood, and strengthen their resolve so they can get through the trials and tribulations that, as human beings, Christianâs face each and every day. We all need to recharge our batteries from all the negativity around us.â

RGB started in January 2007 when, while writing for various styles of music, they were led to start performing gospel music. âœThe LORD led us down this path and everything just started to click! HE has open doors, refined our sound, and blessed us tremendously! We are thankful and give him praise for each of those blessings!â

Heather, who is 17 years old, has only been playing, writing, and singing music for a short period of time, but has quickly discovered how fulfilling a music ministry and performing can be. With a solid vocal presence and a skillful solid rhythm on the guitar, she is the backbone of RGBâs Contemporary Country Gospel sound.

While Heather is new at performing, Brad has performed off and on for over 20 years, in both the secular country side and the gospel side of the music business, being led to the point he is at now. Singing with a southern twang and having a refined edge to his vocal, he is equally adept with the guitar, having his own stylistic approach to playing both rhythm and lead guitar. A style developed through years of seasoning.

RGB plays a variety of venueâs delivering GODâs message of salvation through his son, our LORD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST!

If we need additional equipment, we rent it. It's not very often though. At most places our equipment is more than sufficient. At really large venues, they usually have their own sound reinforcement equipment setup with a sound engineer, whether they own it or rent it.
