Ridicule (CA)

Ridicule is an emotionally yet aggressively driven four-piece rock band whose music brings inspiration and hope to listeners everywhere. With intricate and melodic riffs backed by solid beats and euphonic harmonies that will give you goose bumps, ridicule takes music to the next level. By building up a strong fan base in their hometown, Irvine CA, Ridicule has managed to connect to audiences on a more intimate level, sharing passionate and heartfelt lyrics, and by interacting with fans on a daily basis. It all started in the summer of 2002 when four high school students started playing music together. Right off the bat these four guys realized that they had something good, and went into the studio to record the 'Red November' EP which quickly sold out all 500 copies when it was released that September. Over the next two years Ridicule went through several band member changes but finally settled on the current lineup which includes: Andy Hernandez (Vocals/Guitar), Jason Suwito (Guitar/Vocals), Josh Beck (Bass), and Lorne Ahmed (Drums).

In June of 2004, Ridicule released their first full length CD titled 'Kill Tonight, Save Tomorrow' which they recorded, released, and produced themselves. This record embodies what Ridicule is about and captures their sound perfectly. These aspiring performers are now ready to take on any obstacles that come their way and spread their music throughout, for the world to hear.
