MUSIC IS UTILITY! Serious Music for a Serious Workout! Rest and Repeat was birthed from a multi-genre pair (Joe and Aaron) and injected with experience from a wide and evolving scope of music, including hip hop, R&B, heavy metal, jazz, blues, EDM, and club. Unlike most music, it has a prime directive to provide energetic, motivational music as assistance, without commanding complete attention through verbose lyrical structures. In other words, by design it helps you focus when you need to, but wont distract when youre already there. Rest and Repeats own electronic and mechanical sound was built in the gym, focused on bringing the motions and anticipations of weight lifting and heavy impact exercise into the spectrum of electronic music. Every song is like an action scene waiting to happen! Go ahead we dare you to take it to the gym!
