Pop Rock

Resident Alien is a christian rock band from Eugene, Oregon. Their music ranges from pop-rock that will make you want to jump up and down on the pews, to acoustic rock that is just plain fun to hear. Their lyrics address the human condition from a spiritual perspective, but they are not above using a little humor to lighten the mood.
Band/artist history
Since most of you don't know us you probably don't want to hear too much detail, so I will keep it short... John (guitar, vocals) is the choir director and band leader at church. Ben (guitar, mandolin, vocals) joined the church and started singing in the choir. John asked Ben to join the Praise Band and they soon started getting together to play guitar and write songs. David (drums, keyboard, vocals) met Michelle (bass, vocals) at college where John also works. David and Michelle fell in love and got married. John suggested that David and Michelle get together with John and Ben and play some of the songs they had written. Now everyone writes and Resident Alien is on a roll!
