Biography:
Red Shift is an Athens, Ohio-based band that effectively creates a versatile mix of acoustic rock and blues. Over the past year, Red Shift has gained a following in the southeastern Ohio area, ranging from Columbus to the Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia tri-state area. They have also played in northern parts of Ohio, such as Cleveland. Red Shift has recently recorded a demo CD of their first four songs entitled, “When In Rome,” after the addition of their new bass player Roi. This demo is soon to be followed up by a full album.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
Our most prominant place is Athens, Ohio(Ohio University) at a microbrewery pub called O'Hooleys. We also get a warm reception in Ironton, Ohio. I guess a moment that sticks out in my mind is the first gig we ever had was in Ironton and we had about 4 encores. Pretty memorable.
