Dear Friends and Fellow Musicians, I am writing you today about a very important matter that needs our immediate attention. Did you know that 24,000 people will die today of starvation? Mothers will watch their children die, children will see thier parents die, and lovers will lose each other. These are people and families JUST like us! Now there is a way that we can TRULY make a difference. There is a new website: http://www.soundaid.org that I am imploring you to check out. Various unsigned artists have donated thier music. You can download an EP for the small contribution of $5.00. ALL of the proceeds from the site will go to the Heifer Foundation. (http://www.heifer.org) From the moment that I heard about the Heifer Foundation I was sold on their concept. Funds raised are used to give families a food source rather than short term relief.
