Thanks for visiting our piece of the internet real estate. This is fun(ny)! It's like a rockumentary (some names have been changed to protect their true identities. Yeah, right.)! Some of the accounts are purely fictitious.
[STRINGS] A psychotic guit-or who had one too many Tramadol pills in med school. A frustrated medical bassician who had one too many phlebotomies (on himself). Being the aberrations they were, when they wrote the songs, they came out...personal, passionate, some a bit corny.
[THUNDERCLAP] They had souls after all (everyone has hearts. Duh!).Band/artist history
The gist: pa-bandying-bandying sa tabi-tabi nung HS... [While bungee jumping for tabby cats in high school]
...TING!
"Pare, gawa tayo ng banda!"[Pare, let's make a band!]
"Sige pare!" [Sure, pare]
Seriously,
1993 - Aldo starts writing corny but serious compos in his infamous (only to him) "black notebook." Collaborates with Douglas "Dhodho" Rimando. Acquires Benedict Alabanza, Reggae Garcia, Vergel Maranan for upcoming Battle of the Bands. Loses.
1994 - Goes on to play a couple more gigs before clamming up to write and record more songs, mostly acoustic. Drops drummer and second guitarist. Aldo leaves for Manila, Douglas studies in Baguio.
1994-1998 - Pax vertiga.
1998 - Band does a squatting session at Douglas's local community center (with all the hot...Marshall half-stacks and Tama drums. Gearheads kami!) to record some of the earlier pieces. Ricardo Tanseco and Jeff Zareno are acquired. Aldo loses his marbles in medical school. Douglas can now legally stick needles in people.Have you performed in front of an audience?Lately, no. And you ask too many questions. Who sent you? Eh? Eh?
Your musical influences
Admit it, people, 80s rock dwells in the subconscious long. Poison, Tesla, Queensryche, Stryper; The Beatles, Bread, etc. But on a narrower scale, we have stranger, more divergent tastes. What equipment do you use?
When squatting: Marshall JCM 900/Squier strat
Fender Jazz Bass (sigh)
Not squatting: Zoom 505/narra Les Paul
assorted beat-up acoustic guitars
80s tape recorder w/ no pause buttonAnything else?
This is fun! You can "publish" without all the pain and hassle of the actual thing.
No, really. I hope you enjoy/ed our music, the stupid posts and should our music touch someone, ANYONE, everyone, thanks (AWWWW!).Contact

Thanks for the support and the message. I use to live there too. Bangor and Baguio I mean. Aren't they very similar(at least the Pine Trees). Do you guys play live? If you do, I might be in PI in the near future. Maybe we can jam? Thanks.
