All tracks on this site are for sale (Unless listed as "SOLD"). If you want to use any of these beats for Album/Commercial use here are your options:
$750-$1,500. This price includes leasing/non-exclusive as well as the exclusive option.
Leasing/Non-Exclusive: ($750). You will recieve Non-Exclusive Rights to use the instrumental for one commercial use. The full instrumental will be mailed to you on cd in original .wav format with vocal tags removed. The instrumental stays on the site for download. Forms of payment accepted are Pay Pal & Money Order Cashier's Check.
Full/Exclusive: ($2,500 and up unless otherwise noted). You will recieve full rights to usage of the instrumental (signed documentation) stating that the track will not be sold to anyone but you.. The instrumental will be mailed to you on cd in original .wav format (Mixed down & seperated tracks with vocal tags removed). The instrumental will be listed as SOLD with the download option removed & will no longer be availble for sale or leasing. Forms of payment accepted are Pay Pal & Money Order/Cashiers Check. And I don't "hold" music.
BUYING FULL SONG (track with R&B song and/or hip hop hook)
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS($1,500-$5,000). This is for the actual usage of the full song. Once sold, this song will not be shopped and/or sold to anyone else. Copyright information would remain that of the writer and producer although the track and song will be exclusively for the artist that purchases it. The song would be sent in a wave format on a CD with two (2) tracks, the full song with reference vocals and the instrumental of the track with vocal tags removed.Anything else?

Growing up on the tough streetz of Philadelphia, what once began as a dream to unite his family which was separated all over the country, quickly turned into a realization of what God had in store for the young producer, something that O was definitely destined to be..one of the hottest and most unique producers/songwritersto ever come out of Philly and grace the music industry.
"One day, I just got extremely tired of what I was hearing on the radio..given the fact that I had a feeling I wasn't alone, I knew it, I felt it within me that I could change that.." From the difficult trials and tribulations he had to endure to get to where he is today, O set out on a journey to perfect and master his craft. Almost a decade later, making a name for himself through his blazin production and songwriting abilities from coast to coast, O has produced and written for some of the most talented signed and unsigned acts (both hip hop and R&B) to come out of the tri-state area as well as part of the West Coast, producing and managing R&B's newest and youngest diva, 16 year old Tierra, and hip hop's newest lyrical assassin, Jo Dancer as well as others, (Chris & Neef - Young Gunz, Kamaflaj, etc.) yet at the same time maintaining and preserving, as well as displaying the creative signature style and sound he has come to call his own.
