Losing Pennies Losing Pennies

A thing that's been floating about for ages but without the vocal melody (just chords) so I'm pleased to get it out of me system!

Acoustic General

More and More More and More

Simplistic lyric and simple guitar. It's all simple. I'm simple too.

Mavis And Joan (Eat Funny Cake) Mavis And Joan (Eat Funny Cake)

A trip out basically! I've had the riff for years but never really done much with it. It's a different sound for me.

Experimental

Flying Pant Flying Pant

A mess of melody and feel and rhythm. Nice.

Indie

Hi! I'm a largely self-taught muso-type bloke with a passion for making music that's good and different in parts and familiar in other parts! Hope you enjoy!
Band/artist history
I began playing guitar 20 years ago and began to become interested in recording (using the old twin cassette decks). I then got into 4-tracks and then 8 and now I've gone digital. I play guitar, bass, keyboards, mandolin, percussion(well I shake a mean tambourine) and harmonica. I just like doing "organic" music with whatever takes my fancy at any time.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Nope, just a bedroom musician. I play it all myself. Have played live in bands once or twice but prefer the "studio" atmosphere!
Your musical influences
Beatles - you can learn a lot about songwriting and recording from reading their recording history book. I love slightly left-of-centre music that goes where you don't expect!
What equipment do you use?
Korg Keyboard. Zoom Digital Recording Machine. Fender Telecaster/Stratocaster/Jaguar, Rickenbacker 330, Tanglewood Accoustic and Violin Bass. Two hands and one brain.
Anything else?
Not much, just hope you like my stuff.
