Philly Whizz is the north-west's most acclaimed rapper. Beginning life as an m.c in the liverpool based hiphop collective The Shakti. He went on to release three e.p.s, appear on T.V and tour nationwide.
Last year he released his debut album 'up the wizards sleeve.' on his own record label 'go wise recordings.'
The album received rave reviews and entered hiphop connections
