I am a unique music act. I play an acoustic guitar, sing and throw in some harmonica. So what is unique? Well, keep reading.
Yes, I play a lot of the standard artists you would expect a solo act would play Johnny Cash, Jim Croce, John Denver, Beatles and Rolling Stones for example. But I also mix in some others that are a very pleasant surprise to people.
The one main thing that is unique to my performance, is my ability to work a crowd.
I am entertaining, personable, professional but most of all, a lot of fun. When I play, at the end of the night, when people go home, they talk about the really fun time they had that evening.
Oh...and I sound really great!
If you book me you will hear a lot of very positive comments from the crowd.

I played guitar in bands until my early 20s when my first of four beautiful and wonderful kids were born. I set the guitar down for 25 years to get a regular job. It was the right thing to do at the time.
As the kids were growing up, one day I picked up a guitar in an antique store, and even though it had been all those years ago, I instantly fell back in love with music.
Since then I've been a part of the Twin Cities music scene. I play wineries, breweries, weddings, corporate events, cafes, theaters, concerts, just about any other opportunity you could think of throughout the states of Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa.
I am always looking for new places to play.
Many many times. One performance that really stands out is an evening at the History Theater in St. Paul with my good friend and occasional bass player Steven C. Rod

Beatles, Rolling Stones, Neil Young, Jim Croce, Johnny Cash, Train, Cold Play, Cat Stevens, Chuck Berry, Frank Sinatra and just about any singer songwriter.
A cheap acoustic guitar that I won't have to worry about when a drunk walks on stage to talk to me and he trips on the cord. I also have a Bose L1 Compact System that I use for just about every gig. It is simple, easy to transport and set up/tear down and the sound is unmatched by any other small system. It works great in rooms of less than 150 people.
