Phantom Pain is a metalcore band from Finland. We formed this band in 2004 and since that we've been kicking ass.
Phantom Pain was formed in late 2004. Founding members were guitarists Ron Stone & Dick Rotten. Phantom Pain played their first ever live show in Lyseo Highschool in Kouvola, Finland. December Phantom Pain conquered Finland's biggest mp3 www.mikseri.net charts. Phantom Pain stayed #1 for 8 weeks in a row. In April 2005 Phantom Pain won a big local "Battle Of The Bands" competition. May 2005 Phantom Pain released their second demo "First Blood...".
In July Phantom Pain signed a management deal.
Yeah we love playing live, it's the best part in the whole business. We play everywhere where they let us play. If you let us play in your backyard, we'll play. A Very Special moment was when we played in front 500+ people in our hometown's biggest summer concert. It was just fantastic
