is Peter Martin from Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
Back in 1993 I started making electronic music at a 286 PC (MSDos, 640kb memory, no soundcard but 2 DA convertors at the printer ports that I built from a diagram). I used a MOD tracker called ModEdit to create my tunes till 1996. MOD is a 4 track Commodore Amiga based format, it's a sort of MIDI but with samples included.
Recently I continued making electronic music, now with Jeskola Buzz, available for free at: http://www.buzzmachines.com/
Have you performed in front of an audience?
All sorts of music. My fav Artists include: Amon Tobin, DJ Shadow, Adult. My fav Labels: Ninja Tune, Lo Recordings.
Other influences are old jazz, blues, soul, punk, rock, exotica and classical vinyl records.
Finally I am also influenced by the 8 bit C64 (Commodore 64) SID tunes from the 1980s...
Hardware: (AMD Athlon) PC, Stereo + Turntable, microphone.
Software: CoolEdit & Jeskola Buzz
Thanks for listening to my tracks!
If you have any comments or recommendations (also other music), please let me know...
