IM A SINGLE MUSICIAN GROUP
I PLAY,COMPOSED RECORD AND SING ALL OR MOST OF MY MATERIAL ON MY OWN,IM A BASSIST,LEAD AND RYTHM GUITARIST AND ALSO A PERCUSIONIST.I USED MY ZOOM GUITAR EFFECTS PEDAL AS MY DRUM MACHINE AND ALSO I USED LP CONGAS BONGOS,HUEVITO, AND MY ACOUSTIC GUITAR AND UNPLUG BASS AS A PERCUSSION INSTRUMENT,IM ALSO A LYRISIST,MOST OF MY MATERIAL IS SUNG BUT SOME IS NARRATED LIKE"CRY" AND "TIERRA" AND "BUFFALO NY " my style of music is world rock and fusion and latin fusion rock,i mix and match the genres,rock with latin and message music,"oh lord please help me live" shows what i felt during a difficult time in my life and the only solution i felt at the time was to implore GOD, to help me tru the dificult time,and i came up with this piece,im still very much in touch with this feeling specially everytime i hear the song,i feel this song can be showcase in a urban independent movie productionBand/artist history
i was born and raised in my native puerto rico, when i was around 8 years old i heard my first beatle song(a hard days night) and of all places i heard it there! and along side my "el caballo pelotero" salsa tune from "el gran combo" became my favorite thing to do or to hear at the time,i knew that this is what i wanted to do for ever and ever,later i became a personality in the island rock movement at this time,touring the countryside with our version of "hippies " we were the woodstock puertorican version,i went to a concert called "mar y sol" in vega baja puertorico and also went to see acts like santana live in a stadium in san juan,there i saw that guitar style that i liked ,no not carlos dont take me wrong carlos is the legend but to me favorite lead guitarist was and is to this day"neal"mf"schon hes the sht" him and jimmy were my major influences in my life neal became the lead guitarist for "journey" AFTER, but a lot of people dont know he was debuted by carlos in the early 70s,im also a bass player and sometimes i dont know myself which one i like best,im a big time jack bruce fan,i used to play"croosroads" at home in the bass and i always wanted to play this tune" well you can hear me playing bass,lead, rythm and vocals in my version OF CROSSROADS, go to http://www.numberonemusic.com/pdk to hear this tune also im showcasing my talents! as an actor in the matthew holota film"let us roll" i play a soon to be beheaded general thats facing his death with courage and honor,this independent project is a activist view of the present world of politics ,WAR VIEWS and morality of lifeHave you performed in front of an audience?NO,BUT I CAN
