DJ Pandemic started his love for playing and making house music at an age of 14 years.
His main styles were Hardcore and oldskool. After a few years of mixing music he got his first chance in a small disco, this went very well and other bigger disco's followed. His tast for music developed and he started experimenting with different underground styles of house music.
He is collecting vinyl for many years together with his fellow DJ Phantomic Stylz. It is an impressive collection with many styles of house music.
The collection contains Hardcore, oldskool, techno, drum 'n bass, rap, terror, dance classix, trance, hardstyle and everything in between.Have you performed in front of an audience?I think there are 2 important things a DJ must do.
First thing is ofcourse, he must have good mixing skills.
But I think more important is that a DJ keeps track of his audiance and looks which songs are doing well and which aren't so he can anticipate on that.
Your musical influences
Pandemic play's mostly 3 different styles of house music, sometimes he combine's these styles to see what the people like most.
These styles are:
Hardcore : Dark and hard, the old and the new.
Techno : Nice build up then all hell breaks lose.
Oldskool: House, from the beginning to the end.What equipment do you use?
2 Technics SL-1200MK2 Turntables and P&Q Mixer.
