Highway Chicken Highway Chicken

An infectious bass and sax line. You could really tell these guys meant serious business when they stepped up to record this. Be warned this song may never actually end.

This is Andy goofing. A song of political outrage, it made as much sense then as it does now.

Found on the older tape at the beach, hence the quality... this one has Bob the poster child in it.

Blues General

This band formed and broke up on the same day. It was an interesting twist of fate that brought them together. And their worlds have never been the same. "...the most influential band..... in the history of rock..." -Dorito and the Snakeman-4am morning radio. All that has been recorded here was improvised while it happened. An experiment in recording that created a monster rivaling Frankenstien and bringing out the Dr. Jekylls in these Jackasses. We consist of: Andy Schlactenhaufen---vocals Sam Sicard-----Bass & vocals Tim Ernst------Sax, techno, & vocals Ben Rouse------ guitar & vocals Bob Ekdahl----- poster child Chris Sach's Nephew's stolen keyboard- drums Mr. Oxley---- at least in spirit This band was a sort of inbred bastard act of most of the musicians on pinto records. Band/artist history

Have you performed in front of an audience?
We recorded live. We played live once. It was a reunion tour consisting of two classic songs. One of which we played again later at the adoring demand of rabid fans. We were opening for Sickday Danger. We broke up before we ever really did shows, but once a year we get together and discuss playing again. Usually this only ends in tears. The members are all far too volitile to be around eachother for too long. And anyway due to legal issues with the big O we aren't legally permited to play in public. That other concert didn't even happen.
Your musical influences
Some say that we have been influenced by the likes of The Doors, The Pixies, Andy Williams, Nine Inch Nails,The Beatles, the Sex Pistols, and The Carpenters. Others say that they were influenced by us.
What equipment do you use?
Chris's stolen keyboard. His nephew and His mother never forgave me for taking it. But no keyboard meant no band.
Anything else?
These recordings were done in 2000. They were promptly lost in a fight. Two tapes resurfaced in 2003. One was found in The Pinto Records infamous tape library, the other was found on a Florida beach next to a rotten peice of string cheese, that was pulled apart to look like a little man with dread-locks. So the quality is off here and there.
