Orphic Endeavors
Ethereal atmospheric soundtrack music similar to the music in Myst, Riven, and Schizm.

Rainstorm Rainstorm
Mellow, moody and quiet, is this tune made one rainy morning. This is a good one for a nice nap on a sleepy afternoon.

Neeshalamano Neeshalamano
Native voices in an alien landscape. The voices are singing nonsense. I used 'phonics' to make the voices sound like they're singing an alien language.

The Basement The Basement
In the basement there are sounds we're too frightened to identify. (This tune was officially released on April 14th, 2006 on the album 'Abandoned Hospital' currently avalable at CD Baby, Amazon.com and a variety of digital music services.)

The Big Bad Wolf The Big Bad Wolf
I went back to orchestral on this one... Piano, a little brass, lots of cello in the background... The feel is neither dark nor light nor sad. Like a fond but fuzzy memory of the past. (It's actually titled after something much different....)

A Reflection of Our Life A Reflection of Our Life
In a fit of depression I made this synthy tune.
I started making music while writing a horror novel. At the time I didn't have much of the kind of music I like to listen to while writing and I thought the only way I would ever get exactly what I wanted was to make it myself. Since then however I've found hundreds of other musicians out there who make music similar to my own. My sound is sometimes dark ambient, sometimes mysterious, sometimes uplifting, and always different. Please check it out.

Began in 2000 by Bonnie Gardiner as an experiment in sound, Orphic Endeavors' ethereal atmospheric music has been used in the short film "Waiting for Something" directed by John Clifton Gardiner and the documentary "America's Most Haunted Inns: Bucks County PA" directed by Robert Child as well as several other video and film projects. If you like movie soundtracks, ambient soundscapes or even some Myst-like or Schizm-like video game music you will enjoy Orphic Endeavors.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
The primary influence are the soundtracks of the classic PC games Myst and Riven by Robyn Miller, but I am also influenced by Depeche Mode instrumentals, and artists like Delerium, Engima, Amethystium and others.
Thanks for listening!
