I'm a songwriter/music producer trying to find my place in the drowning music industry. Nowadays, it seems as the record companies put image first and talent second. I want to reverse this trend.Your musical influences
My musical influences include: Coldplay, Brandy, Jackson 5, Marvin Gaye, Shuggie Otis, etc.What equipment do you use?
I use Fruity Loops and Magix to record the instrumentals, including acoustic guitar, piano and trumpet. I plan to acquire an Apple computer so I can use GarageBand, and learn ProTools.Anything else?
