After eight years in a tiny town in Idaho, ten more years in a small religious town in northern Arizona, one severe mental breakdown (and one small one), and a whole bunch of weird yet somehow fun stuff in-between, Orin needed to bust out. But pay no attention to her, she's just the one behind the real start--Nightshade, a Fender Stratocaster with a winning bitch attitude that almost rivals Orin's.

Not much to speak of yet, I'm afraid.Have you performed in front of an audience?Not yet. Kinda hard with one person and a guitar... right now. Uh, maybe later?
Your musical influences
Um, wow. Too many influences to list, but what I listen to most often is New Wave, classic punk rock (mostly British), Guns N' Roses, U2 (admittedly my favorite band), Queen, Sex Pistols, New Order, Blue Man Group, and a great deal of indie artists that you need to hear (like Izzy Novak and Son of Supercar, to play favorites).What equipment do you use?
Of course there's Nightshade, the Fender Stratocaster. I'm also "allowed access" to a freak no-model Gibson Les Paul from time to time. A Digitech RP100 effects pedal and a purdy little red and black 8-track Fostex digital recorder takes care of the rest.Anything else?

Hey Orin, Thanks for dropping by our page. I'm liking your guitar sound quite a bit. the first song the vocals are really hard to understand and it sounds like there is a lot of effects on them. The third song your vocals sound much better. I really like the guitar riff in Soldires in the Rain and I love the guitar tone are you using a pod? I'd bring your vocals up in the mix. I think you have a nice voice I'd just like to hear it more clearly.
good songs i think they could sound amazing with a little production.
