The new age of Origen started in 1996 when this name appeared on the CD "Electro" (http://www.baby.com/ origens) "that blends together elegance and beauty dressed in electronic clothing". The creator of this CD and new Origen is Alexsey Zakharenko- composer, electronic musician, sound engineer and producer from Kiev (Ukraine). Earlier he mainly was deal with recording and producing of classical music. "Electro" and the next album "Era of Aquarius" (http://www.cdbaby.com/origen), which till now is the best selling CD by Origen, were challenge to Jean-Michel Jarre, Enigma, and Vangelis.
The credo of Origen is not to be tedious and monotonous in music and life and the next CD “Muky Zvoo” (http://www.cdbaby.com/origen3) essentially differs from the previous albums. It is bright mix of pop, electronics, rock and new age. The supper hit of the album “Dedication to Jim Morrison” is one of the best and unusual Origen’s songs. Nice composition, true Jim’s voice, perfect performance make indelible impression.
In 2002 the founder of Origen discovered and invited opera soprano Tanya Lubimenko to take part in the recording of new electronic/new age album "Ave Maria" (www.cdbaby.com/origen2 ). Three months after release of this album on June 2002, all tracks from this album were at the top of different international charts. Title track of this CD -"Ave Maria" (by J.Caccini) climbed to #1 at New Age mp3.com Charts, "Ave Maria" (by F.Shubert) was #1 at Electronic Classical Charts and WOW, WOW, WOW, Largo from Bach's concerto Fmin was # 1 at Progressive Metal Charts. About two months the songs occupied their #1 position and till now many tracks from this album are at the top in different charts.
