Organicworks is the brainchild of Wu, St.Pierre and Johnston. Wu is the founder of organicworks.net, and is in the center of all engineering and final production for all organicworks projects. He is also half of lazyboyz. He goes under "the lonely orchestra" when he is working alone. Wu is a classically trained pianist and guitarist and has been producing music since before the mid 90's. Wu has been a DJ in his home town for over 10 years. As a DJ, Wu is well known for his smooth long mixes, diversity of selection and the ability to read the dancefloor or lounge. His original music combines modern classical ambient elements and jazz theory on top of pumpin dancable or relaxing beats and grooves with minimal sampling. He uses his emotions to dictate the flow of his work. Always involved with other artists, Wu's musical and production skills have evolved with many different technologies and instruments including the computer, sequencers, keyboards, guitar, bass, percussion and trumpet. Wu has composed original scores for independent short films, 'Watching', 'Shame' and 'Trip the Light Fantastic'. Positive tones and feelings are a primary goal when composing his music. Look for this artist to have an open mind about all genres of music as you will see in his songs.
