We've had such a success with Thursday night Open Mic that we have started a second Open Mic night on Tuesdays.
This will be slightly different than Thursday night. Tuesday will be a combination of acoustic & electric performances with an emphasis on having people joining in on the performances with percussion and perhaps some lead fill ins.

As part of our support to local musicians we would like to play specially selected songs from our Open Mic nights and from Cd's that artists have already made. There is no charge for this service!
If you don't have a CD, come to either one of our Open Mic's on Tuesday or Thursday and we'll record your performance and consider it for possible rotation to be played in the future. For those of you that do have Cd's and would like to be consider for song rotation please submit your Cd's to Rich S.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
We're playing at Now & Zen Cafe in Macomb. Every Tuesday & Thursday from 8 - 10 pm. If you'd like to hear me perform you've got to get here early. On busy nights I only perform a few songs before turning it over to the Open Mic performers.
Anything else?
I'm trying to encourage people to be first on the list. The first four slots get 3 songs or 15 minutes, which ever comes first. After that the times and amount of songs may be reduced, depending on how many people are on the list.

Ok, sorry for the hold up but I didn't see you previous post on my message board where you left feedback. My apologies.
"Moon Dance", I really like this song... excpet for the begginning when somebody wasn't on their job... :). Anywway, the lyrics to the song are great. I wish somebody felt like that about me. & I love the simple guitar & conga. Niceness. I love the record all the way around. Nancy has a nice voice btw. Very classic & validating.
