Band/artist history
Soda and Jordan had been friends for years before finally deciding to work together. Both being fans of each others music they supported each other for years and even played shows together with their consecutive projects. They continued to press on seperately until one day a short conversation between the two had sparked the idea of a possible collabaration.
"Jordan had all this wonderful music recorded and he passed me off a cd with 7 vocal free tracks on it. He told me to check it out with no pressure. I had a handful of lyrics and melodies written in no time. So he came to check out my brainstorms and had a 'let's do this man' reaction and soon enough I found myself in the studio helping him complete the project."
And the feedback has been nothing short of stellar for the two. Both hard workers, the match to work together was perfect. A friendship turned partnership with nothing but respect for each other and a write, record, play system being laid down they are destined for only good things. And thus One Last November was formed with only one thing in mind. And that's to make honest music. Enjoy.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Well, we just finished recording the CD and we're set to start gigging this April. Our territory will start on Long Island and NYC. The goal is to tour, nationally though.
Your musical influences
Bands like Vertical Horizon, Sponge, Savage Garden, NIN, Plasticine, Rob Szabo, Fleetwood Mac have all been influences both lyrically and musically. As you can see it's diverse. Everything from Pop/Rock to indie and industrial. It's the little bit a band takes away from each of their influences that creates a new sound, a personal sound.
