October Sky is a stage name I call my acoustic solo act. The songs made are just songs I write on my acoustic and thought why not post it on the net in hope for people to enjoy listening to them as much as I do :).. October Sky has been official for around 2 months, I'm not expecting it to shake the world hehe as every musician wants to, but rather touch hearts..Have you performed in front of an audience?I've only played live once at a bar called Mojos in Fremantle, it's a great venue!! I enjoyed it heaps and look forward to my next performance where ever it may be..But I'm not in it so much for the live acts, but I'll do any act for no cost!!! Im in it for the music, not the money..
Your musical influences
My influences are all around me...Every where I go im influenced to write music..But in the music industry wise, Dashboard Confessional is my main influence, I admire what he does, and how he can express himself through just a guitar and singing.What equipment do you use?
I use a Martinez acoustic Guitar with D'Addrio heavy gage strings and Shure microphones.Anything else?

i love your music..dashboard has been a huge influence on me. i also write and sing acoustic songs, but have only performed once.. maybe ill do it again. good luck in the future
