Broken since birth, NUDLZ has been spinning the meanest break in Vancouver BC for nearly a decade. AKA Chris Jackson, he makes up for %50 of the production duo known as "BLOOD BROS.". World class DJ, producer, and vocalist, with constant work in the western Canadian region he has toured North America, and overseas bringing with him a refreshing blend of electronica and rap, and rock. Nudlz is an innovator, sound creator, party rocker, and a solid down to earth man of music and business. His independant label RAPID FIRE RECORDS and clothing are representative of the pride he takes in his musical endeavors. This is real entertainment.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
I play live at leat once a week, at clubs, festivals, and exclusives. My favorite place to perform is outdoors at night, on a loud system in front of at least 5000 people.
My most special moments include headlining in New Zealand 2002 new years eve for 60 000 drunken rockers, AND Touring North America fellow producer and dj Nassim At Kaci aka// Gargantuan Thrill Machine (GTM), in honor of 1st record release on his independent label.
I am releasing a couple tracks this summer on my label, and will follow up with a full length CD once the summer festival season ends. I will be around your area very soon, trust me....
Your musical influences
I'm influenced by going to a club and hearing generic same old same old blah music. It fuels me to create, experiment, and push the limits of Breakbeat music, Rap music, Rock music, Dance music, all music basically. Genres are just like religions, every culture has one. I guess I'm like the United Church in the sense that diversity united as a whole can help us evolve into wisdom. When we can all realize that it's all still god,(or in this case music)That we all love, but we all need to get over the exterior differences. SEE YOU ON THE INSIDE
What equipment do you use?
Real guitars, drums, and vocals as much as possible. The less samples I use, and the more I create the more I feel I have created something original. My engineer is pro tools certified so we use that alot, cool edit pro, and all the plugins in the universe. We are always trying out new shiznit, and sound effects, I like to mess with midi gear for fun and inspiration, I own a few synths, but for the most part I am the songwriter that tells the technician what I want to happen and we work as a team.
Anything else?
I hope you like my music, I hope it brings to you a breath of fresh air, and some humor. Alot of the time musicians take things far to seriously and don't seem very happy. Making music is fun and it makes me a very happy person - I'd die witout it.
