Hardcore Rap

An age old proverb states that Patience is a virtue, and the N.u R.eality P.oets have found truth in the phrase. After 10 years plus in the industry, NRP is ready to cash in on the foundation they have already established. Comprised of two brothers; (Stevo and Joe Bean) and a childhood friend, (Mr. Casino), they are a tightly knit group with their focus locked in on making a positive impact in todays substance deficient state of hip-hop affairs. Their career began in a basement studio dubbed The Sewer. Stevo and Joe Bean were primarily focused on perfecting their craft as emcees while Mr. Casino honed his skills as a party and mixtape DJ. After years of producing and recording themselves as well as other successful underground artists, NRP scored a independent distribution deal with Southern Distribution. Their 1999 debut, The Gateway, opened many eyes in the industry and paved the way for them to drop their sophomore effort, Out Tha Trunk, through former independent distribution heavyweight, Southwest Distribution. After the success of their first two albums NRP quenched the thirsts of their growing fan base with their 2003 release My Side Of Town. After years of releasing quality material their current release Str8 No Chaser, is buzzing around the streets of Atlanta and figures to solidify NRPs status as an elite group in the music industry. Although they are true to their underground roots, NRP has worked with numerous nationally-known artist including Bass music pioneer, Freaknasty, SoSoDef recording star Young Capone, and the Prince of Crunk himself, BME recording artist, Lil Scrappy. After years of dedication and hard work, the patience of NRP is about to become prosperity...
