No group or mc has influenced me more then Public Enemy, I wouldnt be the person I am today without the conscious lyrics of Chuck D. Other influences include A Tribe Called Quest, old Wutang, Aesop Rock, Nas, Micheal Jackson,Outkast, Common, Mos def, Talib Kweli, Qwel, Muddy Waters, Mobb Deep, Del,Eric B. & Rakim, Sage Francis, Atmosphere, EPMD, old L.L., old Cypress Hill, Run DMC, NWA, Tupac(although I hate his fans), Biggie, The Roots,Snoop Dogg, Vast Aire, and a million other mcs that helped me appreciate different perspectives. Hiphop shaped my mentality & beliefs as much as any other single force. I don't know if thats a good or bad thing, but its the truth.What equipment do you use?
