Nigel Bellis has been composing music for more than 20 years.
He won a music scholarship as a child and studied classical piano, church organ, and clarinet.
After leaving school he played in a number of semi-pro bands around the North Wales area.
These days he works as a freelance TV Producer and Director, based in New York and Maryland.
He has the rare honor of also composing many of the soundtracks for the programs that he produces.

Have you performed in front of an audience?
I do play live, on piano and synthesizers. I've played with various bands over the years. I'm considering forming a band to tour this music, with dancers and operatic singers.
