Like a shot to the arm, NEVERSET first hit the Dallas music scene in the spring of 2004. After releasing their first self-produced EP titled, For the Pain, the response from an audience usually beleaguered by the same old, same old was immediate, and NEVERSET was nominated as the best new band of 2004 in Dallas, Texas. In just a few short months, NEVERSET has been vaulted to one of the premier and most talked about upcoming bands with the most buzz in Dallas. Within their very first year together, NEVERSET has already received their painting on the infamous Curtain Clubs Wall of Fame. The intensity and sincerity of NEVERSETs following makes sense, given how intense the band itself is about their music. A NEVERSET live show isnt about hopping up on stage to look nice playing a tune to a crowd of statues. Already a reputation in Dallas has been formed, a consensus from fans, friends, listeners, concert goers, and club owners: NEVERSETs live show is a pure dose of adrenaline and technical energy. Built with the diversities of generations of music, NEVERSET pulls aspects from music both mainstream and underground to turn a sudden scratch of a record into a scream felt all over the world. With the timbered vocals of Bryce Fraizer, sincere aggression and rhythm of vocalist Shawn Hamm, the catchy guitar rifts from Bric Chaney and Nick Rodriguez, the technical low end backbone of Joseph Kuban, the flashy drum foundations of Nate Garrett, and the electronic fills and constructions of Quentin Cannon all fuse together musical creation laced with experiments and institutions alike. NEVERSET has already shared the stage with local,national and international acts such as Kid Rock, Skindred, Drowning Pool, Adema, Flaw, Ra. (HED) p.e., Live, Breaking Benjamin, Ill Nino, Zug Izland, Submersed, Full Scale, Crazy Anglos, Index Case, Nonpoint and Element 80. Already, NEVERSET has formed one of the largest fan bases in Dallas, both live and on the Internet. Neversets website received over one hundred thousand hits within its first three months online, from members all over the world.
