Decaying Orbit is an experimental, unorthodox, highly diverse & genre-splitting band from Texas led by their infamous front man Mike Ash. "No, this music's not about that, it's not about sound quality, it's about passion." - Mike Ash. Decaying Orbit is produced by their label, Decaying Enterprises Productions and has released many studio albums since they formed in 2008, after the violent break up of the Psychedelic Rock band, Strangefire, of which Mike was the former front man. Decaying Orbit believes in unadulterated musical & creative freedom, Mike describes their music as a "cathartic purge" or "nervous break downs caught on tape.". The band believes that creating music is a sacred, spiritual and magical art form brought to them by the Muses, wraiths and demons hidden just beyond the veil between the worlds of the physical and spiritual realms. Decaying Orbit has traveled beyond the veil and into the realms of the spirits, only to reemerge, like a caterpillar from it's cocoon emerging as a beautiful butterfly, so does Decaying Orbit get reborn through the fire of their cacophonous tunage. The band believes in complete freedom of lifestyle, I.E. sexuality, religion, spirituality, drugs, manner of dress etc. They believe that music is an interstellar language that needs no translation to be understood by absolutely anyone. It's the passion behind the emotions found in the music that matters to Decaying Orbit, they believe that integrity is more important than fortune or fame. This is our Decaying Orbit & we do hope that you will N'Joy tha' show!!!!

Story behind the song
This song was recorded live at S&M Studios in 2007 during some live-solo sessions that would later become the Mike Ash albums "The Heart Of Mara Iz Distraction" & "ASHLIVE" then released in 2008 under the authority of Decaying Enterprises. Also, the song was recorded as an improv piece & was written as it was played, a totally spontaneous concoction of sounds, true catharsis in it's purest form, live & made up as it was sang. The lyric may seem somewhat non-sensical, but the deep emotions behind the words are loud and clear to ALL, & THAT is what I was going for. emotional transference between musician & listener, that ethereal ineffable connection that music brings so inherently.
Lyrics
Salvadorian shame, only waits by the side of the road, by the side of the road... and now we, Salvadorian breaks, Salvadorian brains, all lined up too strange, lined up too strange, lined up too strange, and when we go away, and we must go away, and we never know, did you? and I never, never ever, never ever know, and I never ever, never ever know, whatever you said we could stay, but then you were gone, you said, shouldn't have listened to what you said.... 'cause whatever you say, it never changed any, not a single thing.... Salvadorian shade, always melts away my stain that I've left upon your grave, my stain I've left upon, my shade I've left upon, my stain I've left upon, my Swain I've left upon....
