Around the time when I wrote the songs for this album, I liked to experiment quite a bit in the way that I wrote my music. For this song, I loaded up a synth sound on my Triton and started up the sequencer on record. I then simply held down the low E key and one octave above it for a minute or two, and then went back and overdubbed everything else. Like all other songs in this album, this piece only took one day to write, arrange, and record.
